Another night, another LA party girl hits the deck, hard!

But seriously, somebody needs to ship Britney back to rehab a.s.a.p. The Toxic pop princess had to be carried out of the men’s toilets of an exclusive LA hotel bar on Sunday night after she was discovered vomiting uncontrollably.

During the incident she was overheard telling hotel staff, “I’m sorry, I’m sorry. Things aren’t going well for me at the moment.”

Talk about an understatement! The troubled star, who spent a month in rehab earlier this year, was then carried out of the bar sobbing and covered in sick. It’s not unusual to see Britney out on the town these days, but never in this kind of sorry state. The singer disappeared to the bathroom just an hour after arriving at the Mondrian Hotel’s swanky Sky Bar with five friends. And it wasn’t long before hotel security got a call saying she needed urgent help.

Insiders explain, “Britney was found slumped over the toilet bowl with make-up smeared over her face and her wig hanging off.”

“She had a room booked at the hotel but was too ill to stay and was begging her bodyguard to take her home. She looked a real mess and was sitting on the floor with her head over the bowl throwing up.”

“There was vomit down the front of her black dress and around her mouth. Britney was on her knees and must have been sick four or five times. She didn’t really seem with it, but I don’t know if she was drunk or not.”

The mother-of-two then had to be helped out of the hotel because she couldn’t stand up by herself.

The source adds, “It was really sad. Everyone thinks she’s getting back on track after her comeback shows but that’s clearly not the case. I think she needs proper help.” ...and maybe just the odd night in with her kids?

Yesterday, Britney posted an epic letter on her website trying to explain the last few months.

She wrote, “Recently, I was sent to a very humbling place called rehab. I truly hit rock-bottom. But till this day I don’t think that it was alcohol or depression.”

Apparently blaming and referring her downfall to ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) she said, “I was like a bad kid running around with ADD.”

She added, “I just want the same things in life that you want... and that is to be happy.”


Well heck, isn’t that sweet. But don’t change on our account. I would have thought the first part to getting help would be to admitting you have a problem to begin with. Jesus, are all these girls in frickin living in denial or what? You got Paris speeding around unlicensed, Lindsay getting drunk and jumping curbs with her SLK, and Britney rolling around on the floor of dirty night bathrooms coughing up her lungs and what she had for breakfast. How glamorous.

Mischa Barton Hospitalized

Former “O.C.” star Mischa Barton spent the weekend in an L.A. hospital after mixing booze with prescription antibiotics. TMZ reports:

[Barton] was at a friend’s Memorial Day BBQ enjoying a few holiday cocktails when she began to feel extremely ill.

Mischa, who has been quite sick with bronchitis since traveling to Cannes, London and Paris the past several weeks, apparently didn’t [know] that you can’t drink alcohol while taking antibiotics!

The 21-year-old celeb was rushed to an undisclosed medical facility in Los Angeles.

Lindsay Busted For DUI, Coke

After coking it up and pile driving a roadside shrubbery with her car Saturday night, Lindsay “Nose Candy” Lohan was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident. According to Fox News:

Lohan, 20, and two other people were in her 2005 Mercedes SL-65 when it crashed on Sunset Boulevard around 5:30 a.m.


It appeared Lohan was speeding...[and] officers at the scene found a “usable amount” of a drug tentatively identified as cocaine. Lohan was driven in another car to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

The two other people in her car were not hurt. Officers arrested Lohan at the hospital for investigation of misdemeanor driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Lohan will have to appear in court to answer the citation.

Britney And Ryan Make Out?

The National Enquirer is claiming that Britney Spears and Ryan Phillippe hooked up in a bathroom at Les Deux last week.

A source told the magazine that Ryan stopped by Britney's table and "Britney had her arms around him." She then allegedly followed Phillippe into the men's room and, after getting worried, her bodyguards are said to have "busted in the door and found Britney and Ryan groping and kissing."

Mary-Kate Gets A Job

The skinnier, slightly more rat-faced Olsen has just landed her first co-starring television role without a prominent catchphrase, on Showtime’s dark comedy series “Weeds.” From the Hollywood Reporter:

“Weeds” marks Olsen’s first major solo role. Since their debut on ABC’s hit comedy series “Full House” at age 9 months, Olsen and her twin sister, Ashley, have starred together in a string of kids and tween-oriented series and movies for television and video.

Olsen’s role on the edgy Showtime series about a pot-dealing mom (Parker) also is a departure from the wholesome, PG characters she and her sister have played and opens a new chapter in her acting career.

Katie Holmes May Sue Porn Star

Katie Holmes is threatening legal action after a wannabe teenage porn star changed her name to Katee Holmes and wants to lose her virginity on camera as the start of her porn career.

Holmes is upset by reports the 18-year-old is now going by an almost identical name. The 5'9", 122 pound, blonde-haired, blue-eyed, "never-been-kissed" virgin from Illinois is launching her porn career under the name, Katee Holmes.


A spokesperson for the original Katie Holmes says, "It's a really cheap shot. Obviously Tom would support Katie in anything she decides to do about it."

Lindsay Gets Booted From Hotel

Lindsay Lohan allegedly made such a scene at the Soho Grand she was asked to leave the hotel. Calum Best checked into the hotel with another woman and, shortly after, Lindsay checked in with another guy to try and make him jealous. She then went out partying until 1:30am and when she got back she collapsed in the lobby and had to be carried back to her room by the hotel manager. A source says:

“She was writhing on the floor and everyone could see that she wasn’t wearing any panties,” an insider told the tab.

Lohan then repeatedly telephoned Best’s room, and at one point went to his door and banged on it. When he answered the door though, Lindsay peeked inside and saw the other woman in there.

“She went cuckoo,” a source told the tab. “She yelled at him, slammed the door and banged on it some more.” Lohan was reportedly escorted back to her room, but after various other escapades, at 5:30 a.m. she was asked to leave the hotel — and checked out at 6:30 a.m.

The Olsens would be the first set of Bond twins ever, and the producer is making the offer as appealing to the girls as possible - promising there will be no nudity or sex scenes.

Lindsay Does The Cover Of Radar

Lindsay Lohan strikes a stylish sexy pose on the cover of the June/July issue Radar Magazine.

The soon-to-be 21 year old agreed to be the cover girl for the magazine’s story about the dangerous world of celebrity photography. During the photo shoot, Lohan poses with a flamethrower, a Glock and a Thompson submachine gun to get her point accross.


Apparently before she left, someone asked why she had agreed to such a provocative shoot. “I want people to pay attention” she said... No Shit Sweetheart!

Britney's Concert Disaster

Everything that could possibly go wrong went wrong at Britney Spears' concert at the House of Blues in Orlando on Saturday night.

We all know that Britney does not sing live, but the worst possible thing that could happen to a lipsyncher happened to Britney - her CD with her prerecorded vocals started skipping!!!

This happened not just once. Not just twice. But four to five times! During her performance of Do Something.

"Several people in the audience started booing," says one of our spies in attendance. "It was not pretty!"

Yet others in the audience started cheering, giving Britney some moral support. People bought tickets to see a trainwreck, washed-up former pop star and that's what they were getting!

"When the CD started skipping, she turned her back to the audience," says a spywitness, "Then when it stopped, she turned around with this look on her face like she was gonna puke!!! I really felt bad for her. Then the effin thing started skipping really badly again!!! And then again and again. It was crazy."

But that was not the only drama during the show. The problem was eventually fixed before moving on to the next song but if that wasn't embarrassment enough, Spears suffered another technical difficulty towards the end of her show. The headset microphone - that she clearly was not singing into - broke!

Says one witness, "She was rolling on the ground dancing and her face microphone broke and was hanging down at her neck... and she was embarrassed again!! So she tried to push it back up and it went up to her forehead... and then back down to her chest. I couldn't believe with a 5 second show that the whole effin thing fell apart!! What are the odds of that shit?!?"

Hahaha, consider it a sign britters. You can't do things half-assed and hope no one will notice.

Jessica Simpson Is Single?

Jessica Simpson and John Mayer have ended their romance, sources close to both camps say.

"They have broken up, But they have broken up and gotten back together at least 10 times before."

According to the source, the pair are in constant contact – even as Simpson promotes her film Major Movie Star at the Cannes Film Festival in France.

"They talk to each other at least six times a day. I don't know if this breakup is permanent, but for right now they are broken up."

In fact, the pair have "been emailing and talking to each other," since Simpson went to Cannes, says a Simpson friend. "I'm sure they'll get back together."

As for why the two singers split, a friend of Mayer's says, "John did say that he broke up [with Jessica]. He said that it was because he was just over it."

But the pal says there is no other woman. "He's fine about it, he's not upset – but he's definitely not looking for someone right now."

A source who spoke with Mayer recently says the breakup came as a surprise: "Whenever I've seen them, they've been tight and together. I've never seen them argue or anything."

Still, Mayer didn't appear to be taking the split too hard on Thursday. The rocker stayed out until nearly 4 a.m. partying at New York hotspot Stereo. He sat at a back table in the VIP area where he drank two glasses of Jack Daniels and hung out with friends, according to sources.

Reps for Simpson, 26, and Mayer, 29, refused to comment on their clients' personal lives.

Simpson and Mayer have been gradually more and more open about their relationship after months of playing coy. Asked about Simpson in February, Mayer told Time Out New York, "I'm having the best time of my life, so if the names don't make sense to people, that's so small to me."

Soon after, though, the pair stepped out in a big way, taking a joint vacation to Italy in March. And when Mayer's Continuum tour hit Australia in April, Simpson was frequently by his side, spending down time with her beau on Byron Beach.

Nicole Richie's relationship with Good Charlotte singer Joel Madden appears to be on the rocks, with widespread reports today suggesting the pair split up after the MTV Australia Video Music Awards.

Music industry insiders say that "Joel was acting like a single man" at an MTV awards after-party, and the couple "openly argued" in front of the crowd.

"Word is spreading fast that Joel and Nicole broke up right after their trip to Australia,"

Reports claim the rocker dumped Nicole for being "too clingy" during their trip Down Under, which included stops in Byron Bay and the Gold Coast.

"(Joel and his brother Benji) were both behaving like they didn't have girlfriends for the majority of the night," an insider at The Metro's post-MTV awards party said.

Britney Turns Her Back On Mom

There are reports that Britney Spears has completely cut herself off from her mother, Lynne Spears. Not only did she NOT call her mother on Mother’s Day while her mom was in the hospital suffering from pneumonia, but she didn’t call her on her mom’s birthday as well! Sources say:

“Britney has cut off all communication with her mom,” a “friend” of the 25-year-old singer told insiders, “She’s gone from calling Lynne ten times a day to flat-out refusing to speak to her.”

“Britney says her mom betrayed her and she refuses to get over it,” the source explain, “When she was told to give her mom a call, Britney said: ‘I’m busy, I have my own kids now.’ ”

Britney is reportedly still furious at her mother for the role she played in making Britney go to rehab earlier in the year, and is refusing to let it go. That’s really ironic. Britney’s mom tries to help her save her from herself and Britney then turns her back on her.

Backstabbing whores Denise Richards and Richie Sambora have ended their year-long relationship together. Sources report:

“Denise and Richie broke up two months ago,” but according to a friend of the actress, “they didn’t want to make it public because they lived through public divorces and it was very painful.”

The couple had been drifting apart for some time. Denise [said], “I take my life one day at a time. I’m in a really happy place.”

Hilton's Jail Term Cut To 23 Days

LOS ANGELES, Paris Hilton will serve about half of her 45-day jail sentence and will be separated from the general inmate population, authorities said Wednesday.

The hotel heiress will spend about 23 days in a "special needs housing unit" at the Century Regional Detention Center in suburban Lynwood, Los Angeles County sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore said.



Her sentence was shortened after jail officials gave her credit for good behavior, Whitmore said. Officials considered several factors in calculating the credit, including that she appeared for her latest court date, he said.

Hilton will stay in a unit that contains 12 two-person cells reserved for police officers, public officials, celebrities and other high-profile inmates, he said.

Like everyone else in the 2,200-inmate facility, Hilton will get at least an hour outside her cell each day to shower, watch television, participate in outdoor recreation or talk on the telephone, he said.

The 26-year-old socialite was sentenced to jail this month for violating the terms of her probation in an alcohol-related reckless driving case. A judge ordered her to report to jail by June 5.

A call to her lawyer, DUI specialist Richard Hutton, was not immediately returned. Her publicist, Elliot Mintz, declined to comment.

Fan Ordered To Stay Away From Bullock

Sandra Bullock won a restraining order against a fan she says repeatedly visited her home and tried to run down her husband, Jesse James.

The actress testified in court Friday that on five occasions, Marcia Valentine left in her yard palm fronds adorned with "weird signs" and "pieces of animal fur."

Orange County Superior Court Judge Thomas Borris found "clear and convincing evidence" of stalking and issued a three-year order barring Valentine from contacting or coming within 500 yards of Bullock, James or his three children.

The judge also gave the couple permission to record phone calls or videotape Valentine if she violates the order. Valentine did not attend the hearing and Attempts to call her were unsuccessful.

Valentine, 45, of Huntington Beach, was arrested in April for investigation of assault with a deadly weapon. She remained free on $25,000 bail pending a May 22 court hearing.

Prosecutors said they were still reviewing the case and have not decided whether to file charges.

Bullock testified that after Valentine was spotted April 22 outside the couple's home in Sunset Beach, her husband went outside and tried to write down the woman's license plate when she aimed her Mercedes-Benz at him.

"I saw him go behind her car to get the license number. She got angry," Bullock said.

James, host of TV's "Monster Garage," was not hurt.

Jaime Pressly Has Baby Boy

Actress Jaime Pressly and her deejay fiancé, Eric Cubiche, welcomed a baby boy named Dezi James on Friday, the actress' rep confirmed.

The newborn weighed in at a healthy six pounds, four ounces, and measured 18.5 inches long.

"This kid is gorgeous!" the new mom enthused through her rep.


Pressly, 29, first announced that she was expecting back in November after initially denying pregnancy rumors fueled by her costar, Jason Lee.

The baby was named "Dezi" after Desi Arnaz, in deference to Cubiche's habit of calling out, "Luuuuucy, I'm ho-ome," upon walking in the door, and "James" in honor of Pressly's father.

The new parents announced their engagement in October after dating for a year and a half, but have said they are in no rush to get married.

"I do want to be a princess for a day, but it's not necessary to do that before you have kids. A lot of women do it later," Pressly told sources.

In addition to her role on NBC's Earl, the Emmy-nominated actress designs her own line of clothing, J'aime.

With all that, plus a baby on board, who could blame her for putting off the wedding for a while?

Lohan Sued By Photographer

New York photographer Giovanni Arnold has sued Lohan and her mom Dina Thursday in New York State Supreme Court, apparently still steaming from their allegedly literal run-in on Mar. 13 outside of a Manhattan hotel.

The paparazzo alleges that the ladies were "negligent, careless and reckless" when Lohan hit him with her BMW while motoring away from him and his fellow shutterbugs after they had trailed her to the Hotel Gansevort in Soho from the nighttime hotspot Butter.

According to Arnold's complaint, the Mean Girls star's actions left him with "sustained severe and permanent personal injuries" that resulted in economic losses. Arnold is seeking unspecified damages to compensate for his recently acquired inability to chase after celebs. Dina Lohan owns the Beemer, hence her inclusion in the lawsuit.

Lohan, 20, told the New York Post in March that, while trying to drive her way through the usual gaggle of paparazzi, an overzealous member of the pack jumped on the hood of her car and Arnold, who was standing nearby, was accidentally knocked down in the process.

Witness accounts had Lohan jumping out of the car to check on him and then talking briefly to a police officer, who allowed her to leave the scene—which she did, in her bodyguard's SUV. She returned to the hotel about an hour later.

Arnold's agency told the Post that he was treated for a bruised knee at a nearby hospital.

It just so happens that, during an appearance on Late Night with David Letterman Wednesday, Lohan's interview featured a series of true-or-false questions that included one about whether she once drove over a paparazzo's foot.

"I should have," Lohan joked, denying that she actually did. "The guy completely faked it. Amazing."

Lohan has been on the publicity trail all week promoting her latest film, Georgia Rule, which opens today. Last night, she put in an appearance on Late Night with Conan O'Brien, telling the host that she and her friends were planning a big Las Vegas shindig for her 21st birthday next month, and today she helped whip up some profiteroles on The Martha Stewart Show.

Paris Still Driving!!

Paris Hilton was photographed YESTERDAY once again driving, even though her license is still suspended and just 5 days after she was sentenced to 45 days in jail for driving on a suspended license. As a reminder, this is what Paris said to the judge just before sentencing last Friday:


"I'm very sorry and from now on I'm going to pay complete attention to everything. I'm sorry and I did not do it on purpose at all."

Honestly, this doesn't surprise me at all as Paris lives in a fucking fairytale - she honestly doesn't understand the ramifications, and wont' until that cell door finally lock shut in her pretty little face!!

Kylie's Caught In Love Triangle

Kylie Minogue has found herself in the middle of love triangle claims, following reports that her new love interest is a married man whose wife is eight months pregnant.

The pop princess was tracked down by a British newspaper while holidaying in Chile with Mexican film director Alexander Dahm.

Dahm, 39, and Minogue recently struck up a friendship on a shoot in Acapulco for the Australian singer's H&M swimwear range.

Dahm's pregnant wife Laura is weeks away from giving birth to a second child. Meanwhile, Mrs Dahm rejected rumours her husband is Minogue's new man.

"It's ridiculous to think there is some sort of affair going on," she said from her home in Mexico City.

"They're only friends and I'm not worried. To us in Mexico, Kylie isn't even a big celebrity, people don't even know who she is. It's actually funny to think her and Alexander could be involved in a romance."

"He doesn't have any other celebrity friends, but they have struck up a friendship. It may be that she is there more as a tourist but Alexander is there for work."

Contacted on his mobile, Mr Dahm said: "It's my private life, it's none of your business".

A UK Newspaper reported Mr Dahm collected Minogue, who broke up with French love-rat Olivier Martinez in February, from Santiago airport in Chile on Wednesday.

A witness who took photographs of the pair said the Mexico-based son of a Chilean opera singer had cuddled Minogue and fondly stroked her hair, watching on patiently as photographers took shots.

"I am in Chile for pleasure, to get to know the country and to visit my friend," Kylie told a photographer.

A Minogue spokeswoman said the star had been busy recording an album and was on a short holiday.

Sordid snaps of Lindsay snorting drugs and shoving it up a pal's nose was taken as she and two friends crammed into a club toilet during a wild night on the town.

Then the Mean Girls star bragged to the others: "I'm going to New York tomorrow to fuck Jude Law."

Now a friend of the 21-year-old actress says she is spiralling out of control since rehab and revealed that Lohan:

The friend added, “Lindsay does not care who sees her do coke and where she does it.” And she has not managed to stay off the booze either.

“She carries round a water bottle to try to fool everyone into thinking she is clean but she tips the water out and refills it with vodka and soda.”

But she was caught out by a secret film made as she snorted the Class A drug at the exclusive Teddy's nightclub in Hollywood's Roosevelt Hotel.

The video shows her arriving at 11pm and skulking round the toilets before creeping inside a cubicle. Wedged inside the loo with two friends, Lohan pulls a small bag of white powder from her jeans pocket. She dips her finger in and shoves the substance up one friend's nose before snorting some up her own. And this was filmed just 20 days after she proudly emerged from therapy.

Lindsay, who starred with Jamie Lee Curtis in Freaky Friday, booked herself into the £20,000-a-month Wonderland treatment centre in Los Angeles earlier this year saying she wanted to get off booze. She checked out after a month and was back doing drugs at a Hollywood party within a week.

Her friend said, “That night I saw her do more than 20 big lines of cocaine. She was still up doing drugs at 11am even though she had started about 8pm the night before! She wasn’t even trying to hide it and was blatantly doing it off table tops, keys, books and in the wardrobe, where she was hunched over with her legs crossed almost bent in half doing it off some magazine on the floor.

She continues, “I remember looking at her and thinking how pathetic she looked and how out of control she had become. When she is on coke, which is most of the time, all the attention has to be on her. I have lost count of the number of times I have watched as she stripped naked in front of everyone. Then she loves to check herself out in the mirror as she parades around with her boobs hanging out. One night we had gone back to her place and, as always, as soon as she walked through the door she stripped down to her thong, bent down and snorted cocaine off her coffee table and then off her toilet seat."

But Lindsay is not only addicted to booze and drugs, she is also hooked on sex with some of Hollywood's hottest men, says the insider.

“She has told me that she has slept with James Blunt, Jude Law, Calum Best, Joaquin Phoenix, Benicio Del Toro, Jared Leto and James Franco," admitted the friend.

“She loves Brits and has told me she has slept with the singer James Blunt a few times over the past month. The last time was on April 15 after another house party. I think they went back to a hotel together afterwards. She is very protective over him and when she heard I had met him she sent me a text saying, 'Stay away from him Bitch, he is mine.'”

“Lindsay told me she has messed around with Leonardo DiCaprio a while ago too but claimed that she didn't sleep with him. She also flew to New York about two months ago to go to bed with Jude Law.”

She added, “Last November she slept with Calum Best. She didn't tell me if he was any good but she is usually too wasted to know what is going on anyway.”

Lindsay was living it up with old pal Paris Hilton at the Coachella music festival in Palm Springs last week and almost falling out of her dingy grey bra top. In public Lindsay insists she is sober but, as our video stills show, she is still a hopeless addict and her friend claims the stint in therapy was just a stunt.

She said, “Going to rehab was all for publicity. She wanted people to see her seeking help but it hasn't got her off the drugs at all.”

In an average night Lindsay will do two and half grams of coke on her own.

“She doesn't buy it - she is given it by friends and acquaintances, and it turns her into an angry monster. I have watched many a time Lindsay treating her staff like crap.”

Her friend is convinced that if she does not tame her wild ways she could meet a tragic end.

“That's why I'm showing this video,” she admitted, “So the world can know what Lindsay has been doing and she can't lie about it to herself or anyone else.”

Paris Is Going To Jail!

A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge has sentenced Paris Hilton to 45 days in L.A. County jail for violating her probation in a reckless driving case. Judge Michael T. Sauer handed down the harsh sentence, telling Paris she will not be allowed work release, furloughs, use of an alternative jail or electronic monitoring in lieu of jail. She must do the time!

An emotional Paris, with tears welling up in her eyes, told the judge moments before the decision "I'm sorry, I'm sorry." Witnesses inside the courtroom say that Paris' parent, Rick and Kathy Hilton, were both visibly upset as the sentence was handed down. Kathy, we're told, was especially distraught.

Paris will serve her sentence at the Century Regional Detention Facility (CRDF). She will begin her sentence on June 5.

Angelina Gives Free Lapdances

After making her directorial debut at the Tribeca Film Festival last week, Angelina Jolie went to a party at Hotel Gansevoort and gave actor Olivier Martinez a lap dance after having some wine.

"She turned to him on the banquette and was shaking it in front of him. She was giving him a lap dance," another reveler tells Us. "She was looking over her shoulder, tossing a glance his way." As another partygoer describes it, "It was very, very flirty."

Well it seems Olivier's having no troubles getting over his bust-up with Kylie - especially since he's getting that kind of treatment from the likes of Angelina Jolie.

Is Katie Holmes Fooling Around?

For the first time in almost two years, Katie Holmes was back at work and spending time away from Tom Cruise. And sources say she basically walked toward the nearest living thing and started flirting with it.

Katie Holmes has been “flirting” with her “Mad Money” co-star Adam Rothenberg, according to Life & Style, which reports that the twosome has been throwing more into their romantic performances than the movie script calls for.

“They shot a scene in which Adam wrapped his arms around Katie’s waist, then the two of them had an intimate discussion,” a “set insider” told L&S. “They lingered after the director said ‘cut,’ and it got everyone talking.”

Cruise’s rep insists that the “Top Gun” star isn’t worried.

“He is very confident in his relationship with Katie and supportive of her time working on the set,” she said.

“There’s definitely been some off-camera flirting,” the insider told the magazine, however. “One day, Katie was touching Adam’s arm while they were talking, like girls do when they like somebody.”

Haha, its going to be so interesting to see who [and how many men] Katie hooks up with after she eventually splits from Tom. I get the feeling she might do a mini Britney and make up for lost time. What ever happens it'll definitely be interesting.

Miss America Won't Testify

An undercover sex sting that used Miss America as bait may be in trouble after the beauty queen told prosecutors that she does not plan to testify against the men she helped arrest.

Lauren Nelson, 20, of Lawton, Okla., worked with police in Suffolk County to target would-be Internet sexual predators, taped for an episode of the TV show "America's Most Wanted."

She posed as a teenager and lured men into chatting online and meeting her at a home, where police and crews were waiting. Eleven men were arrested in the sting.

But one or all of the cases against the men could be in jeopardy after Nelson told prosecutors she did not plan on returning to Long Island to testify, said Suffolk District Attorney Thomas Spota in Newsday's Tuesday edition.

"Her agents have told us that she's not coming back to testify," Spota said. The Miss America Organization did not return calls for comment Monday from a Newsday reporter.

Given that Nelson actually spoke with at least one of the men arrested during the operation, Spota said he had instructed prosecutors not to present any more cases to the grand jury until they can "determine her involvement." One case already presented may falter, he said.

Attorney Michael Brown, who represents one of the 11 men swept up in the sting, said he had the right to cross-examine the beauty queen if she contends that she spoke with his client.

"You've now made Miss America a witness," he said.

Angelina's Needs Help

Her high-profile commitments with the UN coupled with the death of her mother, have reportedly taken a toll on Angelina Jolie's health, but after appearing at the Global Action for Children news conference yesterday looking emaciated and exhausted, sources say that Angelina's rapid loss of weight is a result of a potentially deadly disease.
