Winehouse Cautioned over Assault
Amy Winehouse has been given a caution by police after being arrested for allegedly headbutting a man outside of a bar in London on Wednesday night (April 23).
The singer handed herself into police on Friday and remained in custody overnight with her representative, Chris Goodman, releasing a statement saying that Winehouse had "admitted to a common assault by slapping a man with an open hand and accepted a caution."
"Amy was fully cooperative with inquiries and apologized for the incident," he said.
