Justin Phoned Britney?

Justin Timberlake was so concerned about Britney Spears, who entered rehab in February, that he reached out to her, he has revealed.

"I called her because I worried about her," Timberlake, 26, said recently at a press day for his new movie Shrek The Third.

But Spears, who checked out of Malibu's Promises treatment center in March after nearly a month, is on the right track, Timberlake said.

"She's a great woman. I'm rooting for her," he said. "[It] seems like she's getting everything under control now."

Timberlake, who in January split with Cameron Diaz (his costar in Shrek, who also attended the press day), said being single has its ups and downs.

"The advantages are that you don't get in as many arguments, and the disadvantage is that you're talking to yourself," he said.

But he isn't exactly lonely. Timberlake spent time with Jessica Biel, 25, at a barbecue party at his L.A. house last week, insiders report. And things between the pair got "hot and heavy," says a source in the singer's circle.

This isn't the first time Timberlake and Biel have been spotted together: In January they went snowboarding with a group of friends in Park City, Utah, and hung out backstage at one of Timberlake's concerts in San Diego.

And at Prince's Golden Globes party that month, Timberlake and Diaz had a spat after Diaz saw Timberlake chatting with Biel. As for Biel, when it comes to Timberlake, a source tells sources the actress is "crazy about him."

Cameron Diaz Gets Ditched Again

It seems another one of Cameron's lusty links has moved on with someone else. Just two short weeks ago, Diaz and "Blood Diamond" star Djimon Hounsou were spotted cozying up at Hyde nightclub.

But Djimon was spotted this week at Hollywood hotspot Boulevard 3, kissing and cuddling with Baby Phat's Kimora Lee Simmons.



Djimon, a new face for Calvin Klein, and the ex wife of hiphop pioneer/fashion guru Russell Simmons were at Boulevard 3 to help Forest Whitaker celebrate his Oscar win, but according to our source, the smooching pair didn't care what was going on around them.

Poor Cammy - first Justin, then Kelly, and now Djimon has moved on as well. I think all of these guys [and anyone who meets her] have come to the realization that Cameron is overrated.

Cameron Diaz And JT Hook Up, Again?

Exes Justin Timberlake and Cameron Diaz reunited Friday night at the Whiskey Bar in the Sunset Marquis Hotel in West Hollywood. Timberlake had joined director Martin Scorsese inside the hotel’s exclusive bar. Then, at about 1 a.m., Diaz arrived.


“Cameron never joined their table,” says the observer. “She just showed up and Justin got up and started talking to her. They were being very discreet. They weren’t kissing or holding hands or anything, but they were being very friendly,” the observer adds.

The pair, who broke up last month after nearly four years together, then walked out the front door together a half-hour later.

There’s only one thing you’re doing with your ex at three in the morning in a bar, and that’s the drunken booty call.

Cameron Gets Her Groove On

Cameron Diaz was seen “canoodling” with Djimon Hounsou [Gladiator and Blood Diamond]at Hyde in L.A. on Thursday night. Cameron recently broke up with Justin Timberlake and dodged rumors she was dating Kelly Slater. Witnesses say that Cameron and Djimon were all over each other.

People reports:
“It looked like the perfect post-Valentine’s Day date,” a patron tells PEOPLE of the pair, who were with several other friends.

“They were totally vibing each other, lip-on-lip action,” says the source. “Cameron looked so happy… Djimon followed her every move.”

Diaz, 34, and Hounsou, 42, hit the dancefloor for Michael Jackson’s “Burn This Disco Out” and Gnarls Barkley’s version of “Gone Daddy Gone,” says the onlooker, adding, “They were dancing really close, bodies pressed together.”

A rep for Diaz says the pair are just friends. “Cameron was out to dinner with friends, they ran into Djimon and he joined them for a drink at Hyde,” says the rep. “They are friends, nothing more.”

A rep for Hounsou did not return calls for comment.

Cameron Diaz: The New Britney?

Be on the lookout for some Cameron Diaz beaver shots to surface soon on the net, because it seems that the newly-single Ms. Diaz has joined forces with the overexposed party-zealous celebutant types known as “The Firecrotch, Herpelina, and Razorburn McGee.”

The Post-Chronicle reports it looks like Cameron has decided to follow in Britney Spears’ footsteps [by hanging out] with Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton… Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz and Lindsay Lohan partied at club Hyde together.

Here's Justin Timberlake's music video for "What Goes Around... Comes Around" which premiered on iTunes today. It's basically the longest music video ever and is the supposed reason Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake broke up. Seeing the chemistry between JT and Scarlett I can see why. I gotta say I actually like this video - it's pretty kick ass.
