Kate Hudson Denies Conflict With Anne Hathaway

A rep for Kate Hudson has denied reports she had a falling out with Anne Hathaway on the set of their latest movie ‘Bride Wars.’

Us Weekly magazine quotes an on-set source as saying, “She was just awful to Anne… [but] she [Hathaway] never played into Kate’s cattiness.”

However, Hudson’s rep released a statement denying any problems saying, “She and Anne have always been good girlfriends and remain good girlfriends. This is ridiculous and couldn’t be further from the truth.”

Britney Has Mom Issues

Britney Spears looked miserable leaving LA club Les Deux on July 14, and now we know why.

“She was fighting back tears,” says one eyewitness.

In the past, when times were tough, Britney turned to one person: her mom, Lynne Spears. But now that’s all over.


Brit's convinced that Lynne is plotting to help Kevin Federline gain sole custody of their sons. And their relationship has degenerated so much that on June 28, before the singer delivered her now infamous note demanding Lynne stay away from Sean Preston and Jayden James, she was shaking with rage.

“As she wrote the note,” says a friend of Brit’s, “she was saying, ‘You’ve got it coming, Mama. I really hate you.’”

Is Britney being paranoid, or does she have reason to worry? Can she and Lynne ever repair their relationship, who knows?

Allen Hopes Lohan Gos to Jail

Fat-mouthed Lily Allen is at it again. She's facing charges for punching out a photographer and she might be going to jail herself. She sat down with New York Magazine before her arrest in London and told them that she hopes Lohan goes to the slammer.

Lily said, "I could be paris Hilton soon enough. Oh, my God, her life is so fucking insane. She doesn't even do anything. I can't wait until Lindsay Lohan goes to jail. 'Boo hoo. I'm going to jail.' Good. Does that mean you'll stop showing me your pussy now?"

Lily also thinks that British jails might be worse than American jails. "I bet English jails are nastier than American ones!"

Britney Wants Restraining Order Against Mom?

Britney Spears is seeking a restraining order against her own mother because Britney is still pouting about being forced into rehab.

A source close to Britney has just given X17, exclusively, some shocking news - Britney's visit to her attorney's office yesterday may have been part of Spears' research into filing a restraining order against her own mother, to keep Grandma away from Jayden and Sean!


Britney and Lynne's relationship soured when Brit was forced into rehab by her family and management. Reports had the mother and daughter reconciling last month and we did catch Brit's mom and her daughter's Bel Air home, but Britney was mum on mom the following day when we asked if she was happy to see her mom again. We haven't seen the two together since.

Alba Gets Paris Fired

Paris Hilton was dropped last week by her agents at Endeavor, and word is she was let go because other clients were embarrassed to be associated with her. Now OK! Magazine says that the client who finished Paris once and for all was Jessica Alba. OK! says:

“They were getting a lot of pressure from bigger clients to get rid of Paris,” an insider reveals exclusively to OK!. “None of them wanted to have the same agents as Paris; she’s an embarrassment to any real artist.”

And, according to the insider, it was Jessica Alba who tipped the scales against the hotel heiress. “Jessica is the anti-Paris — a real star who hates the silly L.A. party scene that Paris reigns over,” explains the source. “She made it clear to the folks at Endeavor — either Paris goes or she goes”

Britney Turns Her Back On Mom

There are reports that Britney Spears has completely cut herself off from her mother, Lynne Spears. Not only did she NOT call her mother on Mother’s Day while her mom was in the hospital suffering from pneumonia, but she didn’t call her on her mom’s birthday as well! Sources say:

“Britney has cut off all communication with her mom,” a “friend” of the 25-year-old singer told insiders, “She’s gone from calling Lynne ten times a day to flat-out refusing to speak to her.”

“Britney says her mom betrayed her and she refuses to get over it,” the source explain, “When she was told to give her mom a call, Britney said: ‘I’m busy, I have my own kids now.’ ”

Britney is reportedly still furious at her mother for the role she played in making Britney go to rehab earlier in the year, and is refusing to let it go. That’s really ironic. Britney’s mom tries to help her save her from herself and Britney then turns her back on her.

On "Impacto," Fergie's latest collaboration with Daddy Yankee, the self-proclaimed Duchess fillets the "Promiscuous" singer, saying, "I ain't promiscuous, the realest chick up in this," and threatens with an old fashioned "I'ma pull your wig back!"


This isn't Fergie's first shot at Nelly. In "Fergalicious," she also says that she's not promiscuous. Obviously, she doesn't feel that Nell's gettin' the message. SHE AIN'T PROMISCUOUS!!

Biel Replaces Lohan

Jessica Biel has reportedly landed a plum movie role that had been originally intended for troubled actress Lindsay Lohan. Biel, 24, will now play Hester Worsley in the film version of Oscar Wilde’s “A Woman of No Importance,” Myriad Films tells In Touch Magazine.

Lindsay had already announced last week that she was pulling out of the film, saying that she needed to concentrate on getting sober following her decision to seek help, according to sources. The decision to cast Jessica has reportedly threatened to reignite a simmering feud between the two starlets.

It certainly seems that way when Mandy lays the smackdown in the March 2007 Spring Shopping issue of Seventeen Magazine. The 22-year-old actor/songstress is dating Nicole Richie’s ex Adam “DJ AM” Goldstein and brings Nicole up in her yet-to-be-released Seventeen interview.

Mandy rips on Nicole’s body image saying, “I’m not Nicole Richie. I’m not like a toothpick, and I will never be.” Them fighting words!
