Kirsten Dunst Denies Drug Addiction

'Spider-Man' star Kirsten Dunst has fought back against reports that she went to rehab to battle an addiciton to drugs, revealing she sought treatment because she was suffering from depression.

The 26-year-old made headlines earlier this year when reports of her entering Cirque Lodge treatment facility in Utah circulated around the tabloids and gossip blogs.

Opening up to U.S. television show 'Extra', Dunst explained, "I didn't go to Cirque Lodge for alcohol abuse or drug abuse. I went there for depression."

“It was a good six months before I decided to go away. I was struggling, and I had the opportunity to go somewhere and take care of myself. I was fortunate to have the resources to do it. My friends and family thought it was a good idea, too. But I didn't know where to go. My doctor recommended Cirque Lodge.”

She adds, “There’s been a lot of misrepresentation about what is going on in my life, and it’s been very painful for my friends and family. Everyone feels like they have to defend me. They hear the rumors, and it puts them in a defensive position. Now that I’m feeling stronger, I was prepared to say something.”

Dunst Gets Robbed

Two burglars reportedly snuck into Kirsten Dunst's suite at the Soho grand hotel after she left to go film a scene for her new movie and stole her $13,000 handbag, wallets, cash, cameras, and an iPod. And how did these master thieves manage to pull off the crime of the century? They walked in through an open door. The Post reports:

Beinerman took a guest elevator to the floor below Dunst's suite and then took a freight elevator up to the penthouse level.

There, Beinerman allegedly walked through an open door into the penthouse and stole items belonging to Dunst and her companions, including $2,500, a Marc Jacobs purse, wallets containing IDs and credit cards, several bags - including one by Balenciaga - two digital cameras, a cellphone and an iPod, records state.

Everyone Hates Dunst

The young actress seems to be taking her work home with her these days while filming "How to Lose Friends & Alienate People" in London because her neighbors can attest to her ability to do just that. Dunst has developed a reputation for having loud, late-night parties in her home in Islington, so much so that her neighbors are complaining. A source spills to the Daily Mail:

“Kirsten isn't very popular in Islington at the moment. The locals are incensed that she's changing the tone of the area.

She's started spending nights in the local pub by herself chatting to the locals. When closing time comes she invites them all round to her house to continue the party. But it seems the noise levels and people coming and going at all hours is getting to her neighbours. They've had enough and apparently three families have written a petition to the council in the hope they'll take some action.”

In addition, Dunst is reportedly head over heels for her English rocker boyfriend, Johnny Borrell, asking him to move in with her as soon as she had taken up residence in Islington. However there may be trouble brewing between the two, as Dunst has asked Borrell to move out as of last week, due to his slovenly cleaning habits.

Apparently, at the moment, the two are "taking time out" from each other, but they seem to be enjoying their on-again, off-again relationship. I still can't believe girlfriend f-d it up with Gyllenhaal. He's a hot piece of man-meat and I bet he keeps a tidy home. Damn, I can't decide which of those two qualities is sexier...

Kirsten Dunst is Getting Around

Ever since Kirsten Dunst broke-up with Jake Gyllenhaal she’s been doing the rounds. She’s apparently been sniffing out every brown-moppy-headed dude she can find. She was recently linked with Adam Brody. Adam recently split up with his “The O.C.” co-star Rachel Bilson.

She was also seen “canoodling” with Drew Barrymore’s ex and Strokes drummer, Fabrizio Moretti. Not to stop there, Kirsten was then seen with Entourage star Adrian Grenier.

Now, her latest mop-head is Saturday Night Live cast member, Andy Samberg. The two were also linked last March. They were recently spotted at 205 in NYC for the DKNY jeans party for “East of Havana.” Sources say they were together most of the night, dancing and laughing. They also kept to themselves in the VIP area.

She’s a narcissist. She likes to be the only blonde in the house. Too bad it’s dishwater blonde, literally, cause I think she washes that trash in dishwater by the looks of it. I wonder what moppy-brown-headed dude she's going to hook-up with next?
