Pastor Shares Details Of Mandy Moore’s Wedding

Mandy Moore married Ryan Adams on March 10, she chose to be married in an old brick church on the outskirts of Savannah by Pastor Steve Schulte.

“She was thrilled to be getting married. She was giddy but not in a childish way. She was obviously so happy” Schulte tells PEOPLE magazine.

He explained that one of the couple’s reps contacted him the day before, asking if he could officiate.

Schulte, who obviously agreed to take the job, commented, “I thought it was either somebody famous or somebody really bad.”

Wedding planner Chad Baker agreed to help out as they had another wedding later that day, however, it was only the couple and Schulte who were inside the Whitefield Chapel at Bethesda Home for Boys when the couple tied the knot.

Mandy Moore Visits Ex in Hospital

Mandy Moore’s rep has confirmed that the singer has flown to Columbia, Sotuh Carolina, to visit her ex-boyfriend Adam ‘DJ-AM’ Goldstein following his miraculous escape from a plane crash on Friday (September 19).

The pair were reportedly romantically linked in December 2006, a short time after Goldstein split with Nicole Richie and called off their engagement.

Kelly Bush, Moore’s rep, confirmed to E! News that Moore had travelled to Columbia to visit the DJ, who is still listed as being in a critical but stable condition, with burns to his head and arms.

Mandy Moore Splits From Partner Ryan Adams

Singer and actress Mandy Moore has split with her boyfriend, musician Ryan Adams, who sent a statement to Ok! Magazine confirming the split.

The couple, who have been dating since December last year, broke up recently, Adams says.

“Mandy is one of those genuinely sweet angelic people you wish to meet your whole life. I am grateful for our friendship and how it allowed us both to grow and learn more,” he said.

“Unfortunately, I am allergic to paparazzi and have found the best antidote to that sort of nonsense is staying behind the guitar and typewriter, staying close to my support group of friends and band mates and not engaging in activities that prevent me from taking care of myself or others. I found the entire speculation and subsequent photographs and intrusions terrifying and only wish to live as normal a life as possible, so that I might always remain punk as f*ck AND sober.”

He adds, “Also, I just want to jam. Plus I like metal A LOT.”

Mandy Moore has reportedly begun dating Friends star Matthew Perry.

The singer-turned-actress was seen romancing the TV star in a Beverly Hills restaurant, say insiders.

Perry and Moore's meal in the Amici Trattoria restaurant has fuelled speculation that they might be in a relationship. A source told New York Daily News:

"They were holding hands across the table and being really close and laughing a lot the whole time."

Perry was recently linked with actress Meg Ryan after they shared a meal and attended a concert together earlier this month.

Mandy Moore Says Fez Is Tacky

When Wilmer Valderrama announced on the Howard Stern Show last year that he took Mandy Moore’s virginity (Wilmer claimed the sex was good, but not like “warm apple pie”), Mandy was apparently listening. And she didn’t like what Wilmer had to say about her and her vag.

During a recent interview with Blender, Mandy said she thought Wilmer’s disclosures were “tacky.”


“That’s not a fun thing to have said about you,” she tells Blender mag, out Tuesday. “Even now when I think about it, I’m like, ugh. It’s pretty tacky.”

Perhaps Mandy deserves this embarrassment; she did, after all, let a dude named “Wilmer Valderrama” deflower her.

Friends of Mandy Moore say she's dumped DJ AM and is single again.

DJ AM (aka Adam Goldstein) used to date Nicole Richie and after they broke up he reportedly told friends he needed to date another high-profile person so he could get some more publicity.


Sadly, his idea of high-profile is Nicole Richie and Mandy Moore. And now that they've both dumped him, he'll probably dress one of his friends up as the Burger King and pretend that they're dating.

Mandy rips on Nicole’s body image saying, “I’m not Nicole Richie. I’m not like a toothpick, and I will never be.” Them fighting words!

Mandy Moore Kicks Her Parents Out

Mandy Moore has kicked her parents out of her California home, because they over-stayed their welcome. The singer/actress and her family relocated from Florida three years ago and her parents moved in with her when she bought a luxury Los Angeles property. But the 22-year-old is keen to become independent and is looking forward to having more space to herself. She says:

“My parents moved in with me, I’m very close with my family, but the time came about a year ago to actually kick my parents out - because it’s my house! So I had to have the awkward talk with them like, ‘I think it’s about time you guys moved back to Florida,’ which is where I grew up. Not only did they lose me, they lost my younger brother who was going to live with me as well, and stay in the house. They became homeless and empty-nesters at the same time.”
